    So today marks 1 week. Something interesting happened last night. My mind got creative to try to get me to give into my urges. It made me have an erotic dream.... and I never have those types of dreams. Just goes to say your brain will do whatever it takes to get some more of that dopamine. Hang in there my brothers.

    Thanks brotha!!! Today has been somewhat odd for me, idk if a flatline is starting to occur but I just feel down, like my energy and motivation isn’t exactly there. I’m guessing it’s just a symptom have you experienced this

    Yes, I have this and have had it for a while. Sometimes I lay in bed thinking about all the things I could do but just can’t be bothered with any, so I just look out the window and then a couple of hours have passed.

    sometimes though I force myself and before I realise I’m slightly enjoying the activity.

    I’m depressed too and an artist but it’s strange as when I do manage to get out of bed, I be produced some really good work.

    Stay strong and always look far ahead.

    I was told by a therapist once about an experiment with rats, that were made to have low dopamine levels, and some would starve to death even when they had food nearby, as they couldn’t be bothered to move.
