Day 72!

    I was doing fine until this evening. Now I'm facing the strong urges. It's all because I have a really tough assignment to work on that will probably keep me up for many more hours. This is the red zone, because mentally, I just want to take a break and seek relief. But I know that if I relapse, I will feel worse than I do right now. So I'm hanging tough.

    I have this picture in my head of Chris Farley from Black Sheep tumbling down a mountain and he stops for a moment and is hanging onto these weeds, and he says "stay strong tiny roots!"

    That's me right now, clinging on for dear life.
