Day 80+ but having floppy dick/flatline

    I am almost near my 90 day reboot.
    I am 29 YO and have been fapping since 12. From 20 until recently I have been fapping to porn almost every day. I have been active in my sexual life (had a few partners along this fapping period) but the last year my dick went limp while having sex twice!

    And in general, i had delayed ejaculation almost 99% of the times i had sex.

    I quit PMO cold turkey the very 1st day I discovered this site.

    I will not get into details about my journey so far (maybe later in another post).
    Day 0-4 no morning wood
    Day 5-46 morning wood in most days
    Day 47-today no morning wood at all

    My dick feels lifeless. No morning wood, no spontaneous erections. I feel sexual urges when I see a woman etc but down there nothing happens. I dont plan on ever going back to PMO, but this is making me nervous.

    Truth is that the last years almost every time i fapped, i had to give myself a boner.

    Is that the flatline? How long will it last? Did you have any similar experiences?

    Yes,i think it's flatline,i have almost 90 days in a streak too and feel the same,i don't feel anything when i see a hot woman and it's frustrating.I'm recently having morning woods tho(50% errect i'd say).

    I am 6 months in and still experience dead dick, I am also having lower back problems that could be attributing to this but just know it might take some time.

    I’m in day 75 and still ZERO libido and dick feels lifeless and have no attraction to girls. It’s terrible but everyone says it’ll come back stronger but I’m waiting!! Lol

    I'm currently in this. Just the beginning. But it is terrifying. I'm just hoping that what everyone says about it coming back stronger is true.

    Maybe meditation and exercise can help? Speed up brain recovery?

    I have very similar background as you...it will take more than 90 days. My first 120 days streak was not enough but I was doing the reboot totally wrong. The key is not to fantasize, not check out any pictures or videos of women (whether naked or with clothes on) because if you do any of this, you will have extremely high chances of relapsing.

    My current 80 days streak is waaaay easier than in the first reboot due to not fantasizing or even watching pics of clothed good looking women. I only had one medium craving throughout the entire period. Surely, I am still rebooting but I am already seeing that my penis is becoming more sensitive.

    Therefore, make sure you are doing things the right way and then the only thing to do is be patient.

    Definitely meditation and exercise! First is excellent for your brain (to reduce/stop those recurring P thoughts, and negativity in general) while the other one is good for your body (and also brain due to hormones, etc.). Do the both things and make sure you make a schedule so you turn it into a lifestyle change, at least until you fully recover.

    Remember, it will take time. Most likely much longer than 90 days. See where you at after 180 days. And remember, if you are having a hard time enduring it likely means you are fantasizing/watching pics/videos/etc and you have higher chances of relapsing.

    In my opinion, the best reboot is when you are free of stimuli, you minimize cravings and you wait for it to pass. It is actually a kind of boring state

    The flatline makes the reboot easier. If you don’t feel anything you don’t want to do anything. I anticipate needing a 6-8 month hard reboot.

    i tend to fantasize about real women but NOT porn!
    A few weeks ago I was able to get some kind of erection while fantasizing about a colleague of mine.
    I didn't realize that it affects the reboot.
    Could it be more than the reboot itself like a hormonal imbalance?

    I think if you start to fantasize during a reboot about a real woman that shows you are healing.

    In my opinion, you should not fantasize at all because it significantly increases your chances of relapse. Don`t get me wrong, it is always better to think of the real thing rather than P but try not to fantasize at all because fantasizing will make you horny. Also I think that when you are fantasizing your body releases dopamine to artificial stimuli, meaning you are not properly rewiring.

    I say this as someone who is free of P for something like three years but did not stop fantasizing until few months ago. Trust me, you do not want to prolong your recovery - this is your brain throwing you carrot on a stick to get into a relapse. Stay out of your zone of comfort and do not resort to fantasizing. You will see it is not easy to stop fantasizing about real women as it seems which is a sign you are actually manifesting cravings in different forms. They are better cravings but are still cravings and not your libido.

    I meant a few random fantasies throughout the process. You are still living in the real world surrounded by women not 24/7 fantasy.

    Unfortunately my long post was self-deleted due my own clumpsiness but my point was that stop focusing on your penis alone, focus and get a grip on your overall life-pattern and hopefully things will fall into place and be as it once was :)

    Balance, self-controll, self-discipline, self-worth etc these need to be core values of anyone in recovery, we are so vulnerable to others and also vulnerable to ourselves we need to maintain in proper mental balance.

    I'm sure there are some aspects of your life you can start improving right now and today is the greates day of them all to that better self you know you are capable of crafting out!

    I just want to share an update.
    Today I woke up with morning wood for the 1st time in 1+ month!
    Usually i wake up before my alarm with my dick soft as a marshmallow and the urge to pee!
    This time I was woken up by the alarm and my dick was erect (not fully). Also i didn't feel the urge to pee. In fact I went to the toilet and I had to wait it out in order to be able to pee.
    This, indirectly, affects sleep quality!

    This is an update on the above:
    Day 95-115 morning wood is back, mood is at high peak, no muscle pain, confidence is top etc.
    Day 115-today little morning wood when I wake up. mood is not good, neither is my energy.
    Note: on day ~115 I had sex twice and also had sex a few days later. I actually came in my pants while kissing the woman (first time in my life!)
    The ejaculation during sex was very early (around 5 minutes) whereas before Nofap it took me 45+ minutes to cum and I had to mastrubate on my own on most cases.

    Thing is, after I had sex I was supposed to feel better and better but instead i fell into a second flatline.

    At the moment I feel almost like day 47-94 of my reboot.

    I don't know if its related to dopamine only! My theory is that maybe the testosterone levels have dropped aswell.

    I don't feel that confidence and vitality as I used to!

    It frustrates me a lot.

    Maybe 144 days are not enough. Some guys talk about 8-10 months or 18-24 months in some cases!
