    So I'm on day 9 and I've had some benefits I also am feeling slightly down. After ten years of MOIng everyday I guess it's gonna take longer than this to reboot.

    I'm an impatient person but I know I have to let time take it's course and stop thinking I'm gonna be better overnight.

    Does it take a while to get your brain healed?
