Day 90 ( week 13) on SR

I won't include any benefits since my goal is to go at least for 150 days before doing so.
Still suffering from insomnia.
Agitation subsided but still a problem.

I didn't realise i was addicted to o until i went 90 days without it.
I was using o to regulate my mood.
The main reason i have started this journey, was to achieve total self reliance, which can only be reached when the man gives up his heavy reliance on pleasure to regulate his mood. And instead digs deep into his soul.
I am halfway there. ( i think)
