Day 96 and feelings...

Posting here as I may have posted in wrong thread.

Fellow Fapstronauts and Rebooters,

I am currently on day 96 of no PMO and wanted to share some of my thoughts and feelings today. For the first time in a long time, my head feels like it’s improving. Just a short while ago (like last couple of weeks) I posted that my brain fog/Head tingles/headaches were so bad and caused me so much anxiety.

While I still have these concerns my head also seems better. Like it’s clearer than it’s been in some time. Overall, it feels like I can “feel” and have emotions again. I still have thoughts and flashbacks of previous porn I’ve watched or past sexual encounters, but I try to quickly think about other things.

So far this journey has given me a goal which is to improve myself and beat this addiction I’ve had since childhood. In a lot of ways I’ve heard it’s like mourning something that’s been a part of your life for so long.

I want to keep this thing going and wanted to thank everyone who has responded to my questions, sharing your posts, which I’ve learned a great deal from and overall just providing an outlet where we can come to heal, learn, discuss, and seek inspiration.

I only hope that all of us can continue towards a path of improvement. Thank you. If anyone has any post 90 day tips on staying clean and away from Porn is really appreciate it.

Keep going and double down on your commitment to get rid of everything at the earliest possible moment.
