Day 96 feeling like a machine

The more I abstain, the more I gain. It has become apparent to me for sometime now that everything is paid for with energy. You have to be careful with how you spend it because you have such a finite amount each day. However, When you quit whackin you have a lot more to spend. I’ve been on the up and up. My woman cant keep her hands off me to the point where not only am I satisfied, but I’m overflowing with oxytocin. It’s pure healing energy direct deposited into my energetic bank account. On days we don’t have sex, It’s much easier to abstain. We service each other in different ways. For example, when it’s that time of the month for her, we massage each other, cuddle, kiss, etc. all are ways to get some of that delicious love chemical. The more I abstain, the more I gain. Since I’m satisfied, The PMO thoughts have subsided freeing my mind up for other ventures. My weight lifting is on point! I’ve put on a FUCK TON of muscle. It’s literally that super hero figure that everyone is after. Changing one habit has completely altered how the world responds to me. You really DO attract the life, it’s not a race like most believe. I was blind but now I see. The way forward has been laid out for like a wonderful little map and all I have to do is make action steps towards that. How awesome. Guys I know you can do it! You’re MEN! We are creators in this world and through discipline anyone can become a GREAT MAN. One who’s talked about through time as one of the men who truly lived.

Just keep telling yourself no! You can only have influence in the moment. When those thoughts and feelings arise, DISTRACT yourself. Workout, play video games, something to get your mind off the subject. Weight lifting is the best because you are diverting the energy.

 

Ok, how about instead of fantasizing about the girls, go talk to them. You might have something in common. Come on man. It’s only 90 days. You’ve got so much life left to live. Sail Through the storm with me. Whenever I felt like fapping, I got on here and started talking about how it felt. It gave me the courage to continue on. You’ve got this

 

Dude I had so many flatlines. Just keep going. The process works. Are you running hard mode? I ran hard mode and recovered I’d say on day 87. The key is to not give in to the temptation. You’re a man! You can take a little abuse. You’ll come out the other end. Just know that its ok to not have motivation or anything. Don’t let anyone tell you different. They’re not going through your journey so who are they to say.

 

My next goal is 180 days.
