    I am a Mormon. Yes, you read that right. Just like most faiths out there, I believe in a God, I also believe in Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. I am appalled at how long I have been watching pornography and masturbating and I admit that I am addicted. I hope that NoFap will help me realize my true potential in recovering from my addiction.
    I am attempting to go 90 Days without PMO! I will try to check in anytime I feel a sexual urge.
    Please reply to this! I need all the support I can get...

    My current strategies is to read my church's texts, such as the Bible, and also pray to God every time I get a sexual urge. I am also going to try to check into NoFap when I feel an urge.

    Welcome to NoFap! Thanks for sharing your story - each story makes our community stronger! You are taking a huge step towards your recovery and it sounds like you have some great strategies! I can tell that your relationship with God is strong and he will be your rock on your journey! If and when you need more support - we're here for you along the way too!
