Hey everyone so i had recently gone 11 days no pm and then started going no pmo for 5days

Yesterday i relapsed mega, and got to the front page of a pornsite and i got this enormous dopamine rush my legs statted to tremble my heart started beating like 5474times a second it was the feeling of an ecstacy tablet first kicking in or a snort of cocaine it was the most intense feeling i have felt in a very very very very long time from porn i know have much more insight of what no pmoing does for you

I used to take pmo for granted and violated everything i stood for i realised i have been abusing this drug my whole life and it had ruined me just like an other addiction does to you

Im restarting from day 1 now no pmo i have faith this time i will overcome it and even if i dont ill keep trying ill try and try again

I know wht u mean. That feeling when u reurn to pmo. u get a naughty feeling and u think "oh shit all theses bad bitches I get to fap too!" ur heart is beating fast as fuck. u get this feeling in ur stomach.

u just gatta tell urself tht theres better things in life then porn.
