Day two rebound

    I'm feeling hella thoughts about relapsing, only day two chaser effect is killer. Any comments would be appreciated brothers, peace

    Those kind of thoughts are horrible and so tempting. But IMAGINE how you would feel AFTER relapsing - not necessarily right after, but 1/2 days after. Some people can’t deal with the anxiety it causes, plus you’d potentially have all the other withdrawal symptoms to deal with all over again.

    It’s not worth the stress man. Your on this site for a reason so the porn is best left alone. Find something else to do with your time, you will be glad you resisted the urges if you find a way!

    It is especially even more tempting in this hot weather but you need to try to resist it all. PMO addiction is so much more damaging to the brain than people think. And so many people are more affected by it than they will ever know.

    Keep strong. Do this for you!!

    I hear you bro. You’ve just got to resist and do what it takes. Relapsing would **** with you so much more than abstaining, it’s just a case of remembering that when you see one of ‘those’ girls, to look away, fight the temptation of looking at them in the way that your mind used to think of them.

    Dude I went to a water park the other day. It. Was. Soooo. Hard. Half the time I did pretty good trying not to look too much, the other half I probably looked wayyy too much. Super hard.
     
  9. At least half the time you were able to control the looks better. That is an improvement right.

    Its like throwing someone who’s trying to quit smoking into a vape shop lol, or a drug addict landing in a coke factory. I went to the beach yesterday and same problem as you guys. It’s just wherever you look. I guess the goal is in not spending too long looking. Focus on something else, anything else!

    Oh yeah. Bikinis and swimsuits is a trigger for me. Dresses and skirts, yoga pants, tight jeans and shorts, basically just a very pretty woman, her smile, hair, chest, butt.....I’m a very sexual being!

    I have never suffered from ED really yet. But PMO has kinda made me go the other way I think. I’m 30 years old. I am too sensitive. Get arounsed very easy, horny a lot. And most of the time I finish way too quickly. I’m hoping if I can abstain from pmo for a long time I can cure that.
