    To Conclusion.
    I think the key to success is a certain series of activity.

    Step 1.
    I must sleep at 10 pm,whitch allows me wake up at 6 am.
    In ancient China,this period is believed to be the best time to recover male mana.
    Great sleep allows myself to heal.
    I believe healling is significant.

    Step 2.
    Then I have strength to work out.
    Phisycal activities grand me energy.
    Energy boost my mana.

    Step 3.
    At this phase, mind is important.
    To avoid lewd thoughts I must focus on something else positive.
    I may read certain books.Just to calm myself.

    Step 4.
    I am too far from this step.
    When all 3 steps became my habits.
    Then it is time to do something meaningful.
    So that my body shall memorize the NoFap by having the body memory of good deeds.
    Then I dont have to remind myself of keeping NoFap.
    The body and mind already form a system.

    To be honest this is just a theory.
    I haven't accomplish it yet.
    I do believe I can learn more abt NoFap,if I had time in future.

    Life is a comedy,that makes me an actor.
    Everytime I notice the universe is watching my show makes my lonelyness disappear for a little moment.
    But my PMO addiction still exists,and I am still lonely.
    I miss a woman's touch.
    But I have decided to be single.
    I should work out today.
    Hopefully I can get up earlier next day.

    My work is fraustrating.
    I got entirely soaking wet because of the rain.
    Stil got a headache after taking a little nap.

    I don't think I am healthy right now.
    I hope I can heal better once I drank some tea.

    I relapsed.
    I learned that anxiety makes me want to chase for instant joy.

    I am going to move on.
    Maybe do something for my anxiety.

    Since 3 days nofap is completed,next goal would be 4 days nofap.

    Maybe get some sunlight.

    And finish my homework.

    I went to a therapist for a bit who had experience treating porn addiction as well as other addictions. He told me about the "ritualization" concept that has changed my frame of mind and helped me quite a bit. I'm not sure if this is touched upon on this site but it's basically this: You have some sort of ritual that you do that always leads to relapse. It could be whipping out your phone in the bathroom or opening a new tab (that isn't intended for strictly work purposes). Those were my 2 rituals at least. Well, this therapist told me that studies have shown that brain activity during this ritual (from the moment it begins) is identical to that of someone having a complex partial seizure (the type of seizure where you lose consciousness but your body and brain continue functioning on autopilot). Basically, once you begin your ritual, you are in a trance that typically requires 3rd party intervention to break. I can say this from personal experience, the only things that have broken that ritual for me have been a family member asking me to do something, the doorbell ringing or my phone ringing, etc.

    The reason I mention this is that, after learning about this I started treating the ritual as the relapse. The chances that the ritual will lead to the relapse are so great, they are almost synonymous. That doesn't mean that if you look at NSFW content you should despair and consider yourself "relapsed" and then binge. It just means that you should aim to avoid the ritual itself, instead of pornography per se. This has helped me a lot at least. I pray that you are able to get past this. God bless.

    EDIT: I should say those were 2 primary rituals for me. I definitely had others that would lead me there, like maybe opening chat app in search for an NSFW channel or "aimlessly" clicking through Google image search, etc. Point is we all probably have a bunch of different specific 'rituals' but we have to be aware of when we enter that 'ritualization' state regardless of what sites we click. For us that usually means beginning the search whether we're trying to trick ourselves into "accidentally" finding it, or we're searching for it deliberately.
