I've been free from P for over 8 months now but for the past year, my penis has been DEAD.

    No morning woods
Extremely weak erections (I only get 50% - 70% erect)
    No sensations in penis
    Dry penis skin
    No libido
Small penis size when flaccid as well as hard
    Lost my penis girth

Has anyone experienced these symptoms for such a long period of time? I went to the urologist and checked my test levels and it turned out I had a higher than average testosterone. All my hormones were normal but My SHBG and prolactin were on the high end for some reason. They weren't above normal but they were on the higher end of the spectrum.

    Any advice?

When did these symptoms start? Only after starting NoFap?

You need to abstain from all things sex, not just P.

You said that you have no sensations in your penis? Why are you masturbating with no libido and no sensations in your penis? That's not healthy.

There's your problem. Don't masturbate at all.

I'm not masturbating, but when I wash down there or move around in bed I feel nothing. It just feels dead.

It may take a while, just let it be. Don't look at any form of p-subs either.

I'm in the same situation at 90+ days but I've recovered from all of what you listed before so I know it works, it just takes time.

By the way, high prolactin in porn addicts is par for the course. Prolactin is released when you ejaculate and obviously we've all done far too much of that. Prolactin and dopamine also have an inverse relationship so when one is high, the other is low. This will balance out eventually but it's going to take a lot of patience.

WestCoast and Hammond Egger like this.
  9. Good point, I think the OP original said 8 months and then I see 60 days. Maybe thats where I got confused. Yeah maybe just get to the 8 months with no pmo and you may be better.
