Hello warriors, I talk to you because you are elites, you all want to be greater and strive for this and you will achieve this whatever it takes..
So to not steal your time let's know how to deal with depression and anxiety, first we have to know why I mentioned these two, they are two of the biggest reasons that we relapse, so we have to stop them, let's know why they come to us, depression comes when we think about the past, anxiety comes when we think about the future.
It's too reasonable to stop thinking about the past because we will never change it so it's easy to stop depression now because we knew it's root, but how about the future?
Shall we stop thinking about our goals and dreams?
Of course not, but there's a method to do this, you will not achieve your goals by thinking about them but by applying them, so to achieve your goals, sit in a comfortable place think about your goals and only think about them then think how you might reach them and write all the steps then order them, along the way you will surely find new steps that appeared suddenely add them to your list, from this way you don't have to think about your future you only have to apply these steps knowing that if you applied these steps you will 100% reach your goal, what if you applied them all and didn't reach it?
So there's some missing steps that you don't know about them so you have to read more to explore them, to add them in the list and start applying them , this may help you to stop anxiety.
The aim of this topic is to keep ourseleves happy as much as we can, the past is uncontrolled so you don't have to think about it, just think about this moment.
The future is only controlled by what you do in the present so again just think about this moment.
Haven't you seen an old man drinking a cup of tea and watching the sky and he's extremely happy, this one is just enjoying the current minute.
If we achieved our goals we will not reach happiness or we will feel it for only few days because goals get bigger but what if we are happy at every step we do towards our goal we will be much more happier..
