Dealing with Anxiety that Has Led to Chronic Pain

Hi,

I'm suffering from very bad chronic pain in my chest and gut. I believe that it is anxiety because short term anxiety medications do seem to alleviate it. I ended up here because I was reading yourbrainonporn, and it seems that perhaps that using internet porn has led to an unnatural addiction many people are suffering from which can cause brain fog, anxiety and depression. I have a girlfriend but my libido with here is very low. The chronic pain is almost unbearable at this point. My question is, if I just resist the urge to watch porn as much as possible, the chronic pain will start to dissipate and my libido with my girlfriend will slowly return?
