Dealing with porn addiction is hurting me

    Hi,

    So like a lot of people, I discovered porn at a young age, after not being the most popular guy in school and being bullied, I dove deep into watching porn and masterbating practices.

    Now, at an older age. I am trying to fight the urges and at the same time. Im losing sleep, gaining a deeper depression, and this single life hits different when you have these issues. Am I alone ?

    I also had a sex injury that absolutely brings me down when, I think about it. Wish I had a girls opinions and advice, do women care ?
    Guys?
    Anyone?

    Any advice? Or healthy feedback ?

    Hi my only advice for you to is to get you're life together bro, it doesnt matter how long you been addicted to pornography, it all starts with you and I'm sorry to hear about school bullying that's life school life happens to all. And about you're injury so I think you should stop now. Good luck

    You've just hit a period when you feel empty and sad because your brain is used to have a lot of dopamine after all this yers of masturbation, and maybe it's just a dark time in your life. It will pass, I promise.
    Also, what kind of injury do you have? What makes you think it's so important?
    Also bullying is a problem that a lot of people have faced on this site, don't worry, you're not alone. I think it makes you even better than them. Who'd you respect more - a person that never faced such troubles in their life or someone who overcame it and became better in the process?
