Dealing with sexual opportunities while on nofap.. yes/no

If you have a nice streak going already and you get a opportunity for sex with something 6.5 out of a 10 girl. Would you take it or rather pass it and use that sexual energy for something useful.

So I matched with this girl on tinder, I have tinder because of my small social circle.
But it never have happened before, out of couple of years I've been there, that a girl is hugely into me and wrote to me 2 days later that she wants to have sex with me. I don't think that i could be in a relationship with her so it's just plain friends with benefits thing and spending time and some dating, and she lives like 45 km away from me.

But since I have a history with PIED and PE, I get some thoughts and worries that after so many months of no PMO, I may have trouble with PE, so the sex would be very short and awkward at first.
