Does anyone have any tips for focusing on work and generally breaking internet/electronics addiction? My problem right now is that i sit down at the computer to do homework (I'm swamped right now by an AP class), but I easily get derailed by news, youtube, etc. On my phone as well, except on my phone there is also porn (I don't watch porn on my computer). This causes me to feel guilty and stressed, which doesn't exactly help me with my rebooting experiences.

Well there are blocker programs which you can install on your phone and on your PC. You can add ''work'' time when the website or app is blocked and after that feel free to use it.

For android I use AppBlocker it basicly blocks apps I want and I can set times when I want them blocked. You can try to just make a rule to yourself that you will not start the computer until you have done your homework.
