Dear Fapstronauts, what do you do to "not bicker" and not look irritated when on nofap

    I have noticed that when I am NoFap,I bicker and shout at people .
    When I am not on nofap ,its considerably less.
    I do not do any exercise or play any sport ,maybe I should but do you have any other ideas.
