    Is anyone who was only able to ejaculate using hand been cured and can ejaculate in Vagina easily? If yes How long did you it take to cure yourself? what procedure did you follow

    I was not able to O during regular sex. Or there has been maybe dozen times ever when I was able to O during regular sex in the last 18-20 years, or since I started having sex. I was always able to O by masturbating, but it was maybe getting more labored over the years.

    I started no PM 90 days ago. It took me about a month to be able to O during regular sex and maybe two months or so to be consistently good. I just decided to stop watching porn and masturbating and did not let myself slip. It got quite a bit easier once I started experiencing some positive changes. Being able to O during regular sex at least couple of times a week has been really good me, my wife and our marriage.

    Some guys need more time and some guys need to do hard reboot, but reading all the threads here, it seems that most people benefit from NoFap.

    So today is my 8th day of NO PMO. Twice before this, I have been on 10 day streak and relapsed.
    Strangely something weird happened.It was an afternoon discharge while I was working. The outflow was very marginal and minimal and was probably pre cum I guess.
    This is unlike wet dreams which normally happen..though in my past, I dont remember having wet dream probably because I have been regular at MO.
