Hello everyone,

I am a 20 year old university student.today ive decided to join nofap in hopes that public support will make me stronger to face my addiction.although i am new to nofap website i am not new to nofap.ive tried it before and had around 10-15 streaks.the longest 2 being 73 days( my last streak ) and the other being 42 days (the one previous).today i decide to reboot and get rid of this addictive lifestyle.after serious introspection i noticed that there is no middle ground(moderate porn use).you either take a stand and control your addiction or it controls you
