Deep Voice Benefit Is Actually Real

Deeper voice in males is often a claimed benefit to NoFap and the controlled release of semen. Some support it and challenge it but for me, I confirmed it was real. On my current streak, I had to prepare for an English oral exam and during the mocks, my voice held a fat, thick, commanding register. The same thing happened on my actual oral too, which I picked to go first in. There are two components to this. The first one is the testosterone accumulation, which is pretty evident that if you reserve the amino acids in semen, your pitch will drop. With the testosterone spike, sure there are things like the 7 day, 10 day, 3 weeks spike intervals and such but what also happens after the slight levelling is more recruitment of androgen receptors, which will help better process the testosterone. The other component is the confidence and focus built. Your mind is in a good place and will stay organized, giving you the diction and direction you need. When surged in confidence, my breathing pattern lined up more and I was able to reach down to a deeper register between my diaphragm and my pelvic floor. Even my teacher (30M) was pretty darn impressed at my command over the whole thing. I hope I come out with a good mark
