Defined jaw

    My jaw is getting seriously defined after 60 days. I was looking at pictures of haircuts for specific face types and two of the facial structures were oval and diamond. The article actually specified that oval is considered the most womanly, which is what I had going on for a while. Now I look in the mirror today and there are distinct angles in the bottom of my jaw forming in the diamond structure. This is amazing.

    You most likely will if I'm correct in assuming testosterone has a role in jaw definition. Could be wrong though. Update me if you notice a change!

    I just did some research and apparently it does...but they're all sketchy articles...heck il tell you in 55 days ;)

    Paleblood, congrats on getting a well defined jawline, did you notice any other physical change at day 60?

    Yes quite a few benifits, I've been meaning to compile a list though I keep forgetting. A few things are masculine chest, softer eyes, straight hands, slow growing finger nails, and I haven't had wrinkled skin from showers or dishes since around day 10. I've noticed many things and continue to notice more and more everyday.

    In short, nofap gives you increased strength tenfold.
