    Experienced this too, I could not finish and "blue balls" were painful.
    Before nofap streaks: Had sex with about 20 different girls and could not finish one single time (one woman without condom, felt better but still no chance to finish).
    After nofap streak now: Can finish 2 out of 3 times vaginal, with condom (without as nature intended it would be 3/3).

    Started in November and had relapses every few days. Before new year I got more serious about it and after a streak of 11 days it already felt much better, relapse, then another longer streak and it worked.
