As a partner of a man with DE I would rather have a partner with PE hands down.

 

The problem with porn induced DE is that because you have trained yourself to PMO you can't get aroused enough during sex to O. Pre cum is a sign of optimum arousal and getting close to O so I suspect most men with PIED don't have it. My partner never did when he was PMOing but when he stopped he did.
