Deleting 90GB+ of Porn ~ On your request!

Discussion in 'Off-topic Discussion' started by Mr.Tony, Nov 18, 2021.

  1. If you feel you really need "a release" eventually, then why not just MO? Why do you have to use porn? Porn is what causes us the most harm and leads us down the addiction rabbit hole of messed up fetishes. It's what rewires our brains and changes our sexual responses for the worst.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do and I wish you the best.

  2. Also, as has been documented by plenty on here, including myself, the more you relapse after long abstinence the longer it takes to heal each time. Big binges after lengthy spells free of porn can cause more harm than someone that uses porn occasionally.

  13. I had a search of the forum there but couldn't find it, there is a thread floating about somewhere that discusses this phenomenon.

The thing is, using me as an example, three days "cured" me at the beginning. No brain fog and other issues diminished or went away after the three days. Each time I relapesed it took me longer to reach this point. It eventually became a week now it's probably going to be two or three weeks ect. In the thread others were saying they had the same experience. It's like the porn becomes more addictive and harder to resist or something. It gets harder and harder to recognize the porn as garbage because the brain is craving it so much. After so long abstaining it's like the brain over loads on stimulation.

If I find the thread I will post it here

  14. Well done! It is quite difficult to do, but you will be better for it. You can do it man. You don't need that crap in your life.

  15. Yeah too true, it was pretty difficult - especially, when you'll delete the scenes you liked 10-9-8 years ago...

I had to imagine the whole NoFap community standing on my side while I'll just click on the Delete Button!

I did it and it's over, I'm thinking about burning the Names of Porn Actresses - I used to like as well, I spent time writting their names on papers, I better burn that up.

  16. I had to choose between deleting it or saving it and hiding it!

Last year I did save it and hide, but eventually - I ended up, watching it just a few days after graduation - Thinking it's good to have a relief...

    I guess now, It's over...

Do you think you still would have relapsed to something else if you deleted it last year?
