    You still can join, just write on which day you are!
    The new challenge starts soon, it will be all about conquering your 3 main habits that block you from being best version of yourself. In my case, it's PMO, alcohol and late sleep. You can join anytime, but the official beginning is on 24.08.21
    The rules:
    1. you write 3 of your habits, addictions etc. you want to change. You can also add a new habit instead, like daily meditation, excercise etc.
    2. By each habit you can write name of negative thing that causes it, like alcohol-sadness, boredom.
    3. After 120 days you get the Demon Slayer Medal- one of the greatest and hardest to achieve awards in the history of self-growth.
    4. Every 7 days (or more often at the beginning) there will be a minior badge.
    5. Enjoy the ride and conquer your goals!

    My goal is to get rid of porn habits, alcohol and to go to sleep before midnight every day. So there are 3 changes that will improve my focus, energy and lust for life.

    How are you guys? ready to slay your demons? I've done 20 min of meditation today in the morning, ate good and healthy meal and I'm getting ready to work. In the evening I go to the gym. I want to get better, stronger and more efficient every day
