Depersonalization

    Has anyone cured depersonalization? The Depersonalization Manual brought me to the NoFap community but I'd like to know first hand if anyone has cured it and what strategies I should implement. I am not interested in taking medication. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

    No, I do not. However, I do have lots of experience with loss of integrity -- and thus a severe weakening of identity -- strictly related to aberrant sex (including porn). NoFap has helped mend this spontaneously (though gradually) in a way that others seem to catch onto even more quickly than I do myself.
