Depressed and sometimes suicidal

    When I was a teen I was addicted to masturbating and I stopped getting morning wood at 16. My penis shrunk 1.5 inch. I’m now 21 and extremely depressed. Is there anything I can do to reverse this over this long period of time. It’s killing me im so disappointed in myself. I wish I knew earlier that I had ED but I was only a kid. PIED for 5 years :(
