Depression

    How do you deal with depression? I've fallen into it again pretty bad the last 2 days. I already meditate daily and exercise (what I can do, I'm pretty limited right now because of an injury). I've been on medication for depression in the past and will never do that again. Anything else that has worked for you?

    Just accept it, its all withdrawals it will make you a stronger person.

    I went trough thise on my prev streak , its hard i know but just remember why u quit the first place.

    Don't worry about it so much. Stay strong. I was in the same situation as you were. I had a back injury 3 years ago and it was one of the hardest things I had to overcome. I was on medication too and still am. I have bipolar disorder and it sucks. But seriously, having depression sucks too and I completely understand where you're coming from. Things are much better now. I used to do hardcore workouts which led to my injury of course, but now I do yoga. It's different but I love it and the intensity is the same. But it's really a form of meditation too. I feel at peace every time I do it. For you it could be different. As for depression it will pass. I thought I would never make it and nearly gave up.     Thanks guys. I went to a very easy yoga class. Didn't even break a sweat but felt much better mentally afterwards. I just need to remember that even with an injury there are still gentle things I can do.
