Deprived of ALL my normal ways of rewarding myself

  1. I'm trying to reboot and heal from P addiction, chronic pelvic pain, and ED.
    What I read could help:
    - Reboot: no PMO, no sex, no stimulating images/videos, staring
    - no alcohol
    - no coffee
    - no junk food

    Arrggggh! --- those are basically the top four ways I please or reward myself - all instant gratification and addicted to all. So avoiding them all at once is damn difficult and life doesn't feel fair. And I don't even know if it will cure me. Other ways of making myself feel happy require much more work and I feel lazy.

    Is there any other type of instant gratification that is not unhealthy that I can indulge in?

    Or is the fundamental problem that I'm addicted to instant gratification in general?
     
  2. you can try running, runners high is as good as an orgasm i hear because your body is flooded with endorphins. But if you want instant gratification thats healthy i would suggest mabie weed.

  4. weed is very healthy, of course taking any smoke isnt to good for you but the benefits cant be denied. My health and quality of life has gone way up since i started, and a lot of my chronic pain is gone. But i prefer we not start an argument about weed lol.
