    when I participate in pmo I become destructive I will step on my electronics, knock things over, it’s like all care in the world leaves me and it’s not intentional I just am super careless when I am sinning. I also get self abusive to get off, not to mention afterwords I totally neglect myself by not wanting to brush or shower or anything.
