If you are on 24 days as your counter suggests, you are already leaps and bounds ahead of many of us here. You're doing astoundingly well already, and you can go leagues beyond yet.

Wow 24 days is impressive. Keep working at it and reach out if you need to chat. It has been a long hard road for me, just working to kick the last of the habit.

You fix it one day at a time, one hour at a time. You've stopped looking at P, now take the step to stop edging, then take the step to stop fantasizing. Learn to control your thoughts. It's really hard, but really useful.

We're all broken, don't mistake that for being worthless. There will always be parts of us that are making mistakes (hopefully not PMO), but as long as we strive to be better, then we will be ok. Just don't give up.

For me, as a christian, I use verses from the bible and commit them to memory. When temptation flares up, I just start going over them in my head. That has helped me control what I think about. Maybe something like that could help you too.

Being patience about this is not easy for me. I have this feeling that I have a mountain of tgi gs I have to fix. And the idea of being patience stressed me out even more. As a addict person .. I want things now. And with good things don't work that way. I also try to think about Bible verses and definitely helps. But sometimes the urges are so strong that nothing really can take my mind out of it.

I agree. I originally stopped, or tried to start stopping, several months ago because I’m a Christian and I know this is morally wrong. I had NO idea the damage that was actually done to my brain and body. And how hard this would be to actually stop. And the withdraw symptoms are terribly insane.

Yeah. It's definitely the harder thing I ever tried. The most important too I can say
