Diagnose me please

I was watching porn and in the middle of porn It was like a flick in my brain and I went from having a huge erection to soft and it was hard to get it up. After a few weeks went by i started getting erections again they would be really hard erections but it wouldn’t stay up for long. Then i went into a flatline and now my dick would feel numb sometimes and then i would start getting erections again and then go numb again like back and forth what’s happening? It’s been 4 months since i’ve quit PMO
