Diarrhea and Sharp Stabbing Pains In Stomach after relapsing

This is my first post on here and would like some support from people who have experienced the same things.

I'm 29 years old and because of anxiety & increased back pains that have been increasingly linked to PMO, I've been trying nofap for most of this year.
I did feel some benefits in both areas however always ended up relapsing after 7-9days because of extreme sexual tension that I couldn't shake myself from.

This endless cycle ended up causing increasingly bad stomach pains that I thought were caused by everything else under the sun besides something as innocent as trying to improve my health with nofap.

Many have reported stomach pain as a reason to start nofap and how it has worked at resolving it while others have reported massive stomach pains being caused by nofap when they make it to a certain number of days without PMO.

Basically I feel like I'm screwed no matter what I do.
