Guys... I wear a Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring device. Its very clear to me; when I FAP, my blood sugar rises; when I abstain, my blood glucose averages lower. Thats all the science I need to tell me the FAP affects blood sugar.

Eveyone is affected in different ways. For many, many years my blood sugar was in normal range when I was younger. At that time, I rarely experienced any ill effects of FAP. That was 20 years ago.

Twenty years —wow!!! Just saying that makes me cringe. How I wish I never went down this path. I was naive to think porn was harmless. I was like every other young guy who looks at porn thinking it was normal.

Now anyone can think otherwise that FAP is harmless. As a alternative to scientific evidence, there is another angle to prove that FAP is dangerous—that is statistically, and observing the law of large numbers. Essentially, we cant ignore the amount of people on this forum who have experienced ill effects from porn. I say porn, because porn usually leads to FAP, and subsequently addiction. It may not be scientific, but based on statistics you can draw a conclusion.

For example, if 8 out of 10 get cancer from smoking, can you conclude that smoking is dangerous? If 9 out of 10 survive an auto accident due to wearing a seat belt, can you conclude that seatbelts are life saving? True, not everyone will get cancer, and I am sure there are times when seats belts cause more harm than good (perhaps causing internal injuries), but see the point I am making?

Rebuilding the strength involves a good physical routine with the avoidance of bad screen use.

I would consider American ginseng as a blood sugar solution with all the other good herbs, cinnemon has been shown to address it too, albeit short term: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2781779/

The madness of the science-religion. Ignore your own experience and what you know because it's only real if you have a scientific source.

-Ape's have the same amount of chromosomes as man [ I read online this used to be a claim made by science up till the 1950's despite them knowing it wasn't the case]

    -
Piltdown Man They kept this forgery around for over 4 decades until it became inconvenient to their latest line of bullshit.

Organic food [ IT"S NOT grown without pesticide you are being ripped off]

The soy craze [ the soy people were eating was downright toxic ]

Saturated fats we were told they were bad. Meat fat, butter why the fuck would they be unhealthy but science says so. Now it's revealed that saturated fat is healthy, duh. As well we were told vegetable oils were healthy. Heavily processed crap that was never meant to be an oil processed with chemicals that you can tell is toxic in 5 minutes if you listen to your body, but no science said it's healthy so it is until science says otherwise. I think we were even told margarine [ processed crap] was healthier than butter, lol. With Masturbation, it's even worse. Masturbation is a social issue and society is pushing sexual immorality and has been for a long time. Social science is the worst. It's not only utter crap, but that is going down a dark path. Why do I think it's a dark path? What the hell does science have to do with social issues? Now we got this infallible priesthood [science] telling us what is the best way to live, what is moral. They are having far too much influence over people, IMO. It should be common sense that science has no answers for social issues, yet people don't see this and follow it blindly, even the most obvious lies.

Science = the establishment. They are not known for being honest. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, fool 10,000x? So

    P.S

I got nothing against science. Chemistry, biology, physics[ the known stuff, not the crazy theoretical stuff]. I liked that stuff when I was younger and wish I could have studied it.

WOW! Thank you for sharing this. It's fascinating that "science" has been basically 100% wrong about insulin/diabetes for decades. I now wonder if noFap will get me into Ketosis quicker. Perhaps this is why NoFappers report muscle growth and such. Who knew? NoFap is Keto friendly!

It varies. My experience has shown that when I FAP, my blood sugar remains higher on average, as oppose to NoFap. Basically, you become insulin resistant. My insulin doesn't work as effectively when I FAP. When I NoFap, insulin is more effective. Why this is? I have no idea. Just my observation.

I also developed type 2 diabetes from excessive masturbation. I started this bad habit from age 11 and now I'm 32. Doing like 2-3 times a day. Over the years I have googled many times and all "internet doctors" not only told it doesn't cause any side effects but also those cheaters told it will decrease blood sugar and blood pressure etc. I request the admin of this site and other powerful people to raise strong voice against this wrong data available on internet.
I drink alcohol like 2-3 days a week. First I thought alcohol or my not-so-active lifestyle contributed it. Then I got the opportunity to evaluate my friends glucose level (who drink more alcohol and more inactive lifestyle than me). Their glucose levels were normal. I also considered genetic factors. My father developed diabetes after his 50 years of age, so as my mother. The friends I mentioned also came from similar genetic background, ie their parents developed diabetes when they were older than 50. Various other observations I made, I can say with 100% assurance that excessive masturbation caused it. Now I want to reverse it. Attempted "NoFap" couple of times but couldn't go past 3rd or 4th day. I will try again. Today my blood glucose level is 332 mg/dL (3 hours after meals) & I got really worried. Any helpful advice regarding is welcome. Thank you.

I absolutely agree that excessive masturbation causes diabetes. (Type 2) In fact, I think it contributes to all sorts of medical conditions related to inflammation. High blood pressure is another example.

Since alcohol is also involved, I ask that you keep in mind if you can simply reduce BOTH alcohol and masturbation that'll be better than entirely eliminating just one of the two. That is, get good at reducing both...instead of perfect at one. Almost everyone here will disagree with me, but masturbating once a week is still far better than once a day. Our God-designed human body is built to withstand occasional "abuse", but it breaks down with continued abuse.

    Good luck!

I agree on the problem of dietary fads like soy which is not healthy anyway, except maybe for pigs.

On what is healthy, do your own due diligence. Exercise and healthy nutritious food are a key to good health. Herbs can help with some health problems, I like the culinary herbs like garlic and other popular ones.

On organic farms it depends on which one, yes there is a difference; but most organic farmers I've known were more about doing what is right for the environment and a healthier food system than specifically selfish reasons. I worked on dozens of organic farms and know good ones from those that were not that good. Frankly I found it unreal the way some farmers were looking for young female farm workers and took advantage of them.

Agree with you, especially your last point. One issue with setting "masturbation once a week" is that we don't follow it. As you know everyone is different. Some people may be able to stick to those condition, some not. Mind of people like me say to ourselves - if once a week, why don't once in 2 days, why don't once a day and ultimately we end up doing twice or thrice a day. That's why I'm planning about a complete stop for a month, then will attempt once a week.
About alcohol, I'm no addict of it. Many times, I could take long days off from it. I have stopped alcohol completely for 3 months from March to May this year also, and while checking BS, it's still high especially FBS. That's why I believe the #1 factor is masturbation. Anyway your advice was good, I try to reduce alcohol further along with this step.
