Gabe Deem of Reboot Nation said it took him about 8 months to fix PIED.

 

It really depends on how long you've been addict and how clean your streak is. If you do edging or peeking, it's not going to help you and your body will remember the PMO habit. Recovery is different for everyone, it can take some people longer or the recovery process is shorter. For me it took about 3 months to notice results in PIED and a couple years for full recovery.

My recommendation. Be patient and trust the process. We all want instant results, but the results will come when they come.

 

My husband had it for 5 years. Took him 4-6 months until it was completely gone. If he slips up, it comes back.
