so this morning i get up starts swiping on my phone and didn’t really have morning wood that much until i actually started to wake up and so I’m scrolling on instagram on this one girls profile who i think is like a very gorgeous. Didn’t think any bad things like having sex with her or her unclothed. She was fully clothed every pic. Didn’t touch myself at all, but i had these urges like going back n forth making it feel like i was edging or about to orgasam so i like layed on my back so it’d like calm down and chill out. But i had no orgasms all i was doing was just scrolling oninstagram after that, didn’t see much at all. I find it also weird Bc i was havent these urges like i was gonna cum before i opened insta. I didn’t p or m or o at all, just a little pre cum came out. Is this normal? Did i relapse?

You set up your own goals, if you feel you relapsed then simply reset your streak. For me it doesnt sound as a relapse, not really, unless I was browsing her photos for hours.

Yeah well To me it doesn’t feel like a relapse either idk lately i feel like I’ve been getting turned on to things very easily just need to watch out for that. Like seeing girls on sometimes on insta may cause a erection to pop up but lately i been staying away from
Social Media really. Imma just watch out for that next time and keep striving.

I wouldn't consider it a relapse, but I would be a bit more careful if I were you. You playing with fire, you may have not PMO'd this time, but you might not be so lucky next time. If your serious about quitting pmo, I would delete instagram and any social media that may be a window for temptation.

Thanks for the support! Just deleted Instagram and taking your word. Gonna let this be a small test in my journey so I know what to avoid in the future!

  7. Just my two cents here. I think I set a more rigid goal for myself than many others here. But as it's been said, you need to set your own personal goals. For me, it comes down to one specific question: Is what I'm consciously doing helping me in my recovery, or working against it?

Keep in mind the word "consciously." So if I find that I am looking at something inappropriate and I stop right away when I realize it, then it's not a relapse. But if I know it's wrong and I keep doing it anyway, then it is.

Well what i was doing i don’t really think of it as wrong, i was just on this gorgeous girls profile, didn’t look at bikini pics or anything or inmagine any thoughts of her. Was just scrolling. What do you consider that as?

    The power of female attraction...lol.

You're good, my friend. It seems to me that you went into auto-pilot for a bit there. It can be difficult to look away. You're 27 days in, that's awesome!!! Stay patient with the process, avoid consciously looking for triggers, and you'll be rebooted in no time.

  10. I personally consider that a relapse, but that's only me. For me, that's edging and I say that because you talked about pre-cum. I don't get that unless I've been edging for more than a few minutes. So whether or not I 'take it out', that's something that works against my personally getting to where I want to be. Your 'scrolling' is like me taking the remote and just flipping through channels looking for something I'm attracted to.

But again, what I set for my goals isn't really that important. You simply need to ask yourself where you really want to be in your recovery. Just be honest and I think you'll get the answers you are looking for.
