Okay so, I was feeling really horny today and didn't MO but looked at pictures of girls in light clothing (bikinis, yoga pants, none were actually naked). I think I may have broken my P streak, did I? It was only for an actual minute or so, nothing more! I didn't feel anything in my head but my boner started rising and I immediately clicked off, did those 30 seconds ruin it??

I don't think so friend. But just stay away from that rabbit hole. I speak from lots of experience as those "just looking for a bit" turn into hours. Just don't do it anymore if you want to be successful. Keep going.

@thefappeningof13, what you mention here^ are classic examples of porn substitutes (p/subs). Although you can argue that you didn't watch porn, what you did watch had a similar effect of porn itself - hence the name: porn substitutes.

Although you didn't feel anything in your head, your head was undoubtedly affected and it sent messages down to your penis that it had to get ready to fuck, ergo, an erection started. I would suggest those 30 seconds requires a reset tbh.

In order to heal from the brain damage you (and all of us) have suffered from porn and excessive masturbation, we need an unbroken period of sexual abstinence. After a few months (the period varies), your normal responses will return.

These are good statements. We are all left to our own metrics, but I will say "just looking" is a path to steer way clear of. I speak from countless relapses on this. Yes, it will take a prolonged period of time for my brain to rewire and heal to normal attractive flesh and blood women. No matter how many streaks I get, if I go back and PMO or just a variation, I will never heal. This has helped me too, let's keep going.
