Did I relapse unintentionally?

    I was on week 6 and half of hard mode (No PMO) I went to sleep like any other night and had a dream that i was having sex and reached climax. I woke the to soon find myself covered on semen.

    However I do not feel any different I still woke up with a rock hard erection for a good 20 minutes. My question is didn’t I relapse or did I not?
