Did I relapse?

    So I’m currently two weeks into NoFap and I’ve noticed that my dopamine receptors are very sensitive. I was casually browsing on Tinder, and of course, I would instantly look away if I saw any danger. But even if the girl is fully covered, I somehow got a dopamine rush out of the blues that lasted no more than 15 seconds. Is this a relapse since I had an outbreak of dopamine?

    Look, the original goal is to stop watching porn and masturbation. However, you keep looking at pictures of girls on a screen. I started to fully recover once I deleted instagram and facebook from my phone. Tinder is the same thing.

    Answer to your question: You did not relapse, but to reboot more successfully and more complete you have to delete tinder, facebook, instagram from your phone because pixels are pixels and pictures of girls are pictures of girls. Your brain does not make a clear distinction between these things. Go 100% or go home ;) You can do it !

    I know for experience that datings apps will make you relapse.

    I was so sensitive when i first started reboot that advertisements of cute girls got me hard and made my brain burn. You have to completely dedicate to neuroplasticity. Anything that makes you want to PMO needs to be substituted with another activity until your health restores and your cravings have ceased for a good length of time (at least months). During the day ill jog, clean apt, go fishing, ect... At night when i cant be loud its NOFAP, youtube lectures on health and spirituality, games with no sexual stimuli, exercise, clean my guns ect... Pick healthy activities that correspond with the man you desire to be but was twarted by your addiction to porn. Goodluck bud.
