I feel discouraged. I have tried NoFap several times but I never got far with it. I can gladly say that I am not addicted to internet porn. However, the negative effects it has on my brain and especially my sex life are not something to be overlooked. Today I relapsed from 3 1/2 weeks of abstaining from PM. I didn’t get the effects I wished for but I believe this is due to the „short“ period of time. I don’t want neither can abstain from orgasm because I have a great sex life with my girlfriend. Yet, I think this Chaser Effect and Instagram photos are what keep me craving porn (or at least sexual images) more and more. For now my goal is to go one month completely without porn and masturbation. Wish me luck on my way.
    Have a nice day!

Deleting apps that cause you troubles is a great start.

As you suspect (or know) the chaser effect can be very powerful. You must be extra-vigilant and determined during periods when the chaser effect may be in play.

Make some time to think about your triggers. Writing them down often helps clarify thinking. Then make some time to develop plans about how you will respond in a healthy (noPMO) way when you are faced by those triggers. You MUST have a pre-developed plan to use when triggers strike. If you wait until an urge happens to only then begin thinking about how to get past the urge, you will most likely fail and the urge will win.

What are you going to do when you face urges or triggers, especially when you may be experiencing the "chaser effect" ?

One day at a time is how we all succeed.
