Did porn affect your personality at all?

    I feel like when I was pmoing I was more angry, uninviting, and just isolated in general. I was having terrible time socializing and being an ass most of the time. Without pmo I feel more sociable, and interested in others. Pmo has impacted my life so much that whenever I have an urge I simply dismiss it due to the pain and depression I am going through right now. Who knows if things get better.

    Same. My confidence when pmoing is just low and I get frustrated more easily and faster. So yeah I think PMO does change your personality for the bad.

    I was more miserable when I was fapping, a lot more anti-social and generally wanted to avoid any form of social contact. I'm still pretty introverted, but I no longer shy away from conversation, and don't seek to lock myself away in solitude as much, though I'm still pretty miserable overall! One day at a time, one step at a time.

    Yea, for me I was very anxious about any kind of social interaction and I had no confidence in myself. Right now I feel great and ready to meet new people and interact more with coworkers, but dat pandemic...

    Shy, Anxious...Did I say shy? I will say it again. Shy to the degree of being mentally ill. Weird around people. Especially girls. Guilt. Dark thoughts. Very dark thoughts, Feeling insecure around kids (probably because of the guild).

    Yeah, in fact some trits of my personality have improved after quitting masturbation on porn... I used to be sorta sociophobic and interest in nothing outside what i saw and read youtube, reddit, quora... I was quite lazy too. Trying NoFap has helped me a bit
