Actually cutting porn and masturbating does have an affect on your penis. About 10 years into marriage I commented to my husband that his dick looked much smaller, we full on had a discussion about it where he agreed and thought so to but thought we both thought we were going crazy, we both thought maybe it just looked smaller because how can a penis shrink? 20 years Into marriage his dick was a tiny, shriveled, discolored thing. It literally looked unhealthy. He had De and then Pied. 3.5 years into recovery his dick is much bigger, color is healthy, it’s so soft to my touch and he’s harder for sex than when he was in his 20’s. There are a lot of physical repercussions that people don’t know about or think are crazy because of this addiction. Having lived with an addict for 30 years,I know what he’s like in full addiction,I’ve seen the changes once he got into recovery, it’s eye opening.

 

Yes this is correct. The reason is that excessive porn use can cause men to stop having MW & NW, which is when the penis grows, stretches out, and maintains its size. It should happen several times each night. However there are additional factors as well such as T levels and overall fitness, both of which men should work on and maintain. The bottom line is that for men its best to make sure they are having regular MW & NW and to eliminate PMO from their lives.

Honestly, that's kind of a rude thing to say to your husband even if it was true. I hope that the comment was in the context of the consequences of PMO use, and in that case, it might have been appropriate. Otherwise, as he may not of been aware of the cause of the issue, while he might have put on a stoic front, it can harm a persons self esteem and possibly have lead to him turn to more PMO.

Since we are talking about, and judging the genital's of the opposite sex, some vagina's are much nicer than others. While most men wouldn't comment on it, especially to the woman, some vagina's are shriveled and have virtually no labia etc; I'm not sure of the causes of this but there does seem to be a correlation to the woman's general fitness level/weight. Also, some vaginas are just a lot tighter than others and some are actually loose, I'm not sure if this is related to a woman's masturbation's habits or just their fitness levels. The other thing, and this is the most important, is that women who become addicted to their vibrators/PMO really lose sensitivity and can have a very hard time orgasming, if not impossible.

Agreed and that's awesome! Quitting PMO is definitely the biggest factor, but fitness and naturally increasing T levels are also significant factors.

 

Mine has gotten shorter, about 1/2 an inch shorter (and it was already on the short side, haha!) but … I’m much happier with what I have now - better erections, fuller balls, more confidence, and yes, improved color and appearance as well!

Coming from experience, yes. Yes it did, I haven't really gotten any "action" or attraction. But coming from a guy that got anxiety from my "size" and originally wanting to lose weight just so I can increase it. A common thing overweight guys have is "buried penis", where the thighs and fatpad in the crotch gives your guy less wiggle room to breath. Nope, my husband is 40 pounds heavier now than he was 20 years ago. His dick is far bigger now than it’s been for 20 years. Lol. I know it seems impossible, but I also know that 10 years into marriage I had commented that it seemed much smaller. He had put on about 10 pounds at that point so we thought his weight gain made it look smaller. He also started growing hair crazy fast and thick once he got into recovery. He has never had chest hair and now all of a sudden he does.

 

I think both answers are right. Losing weight isn't going to make a man's dick smaller - unless maybe he goes into serious malnutrition, and yes - having less body fat will make the same sized penis look bigger. So will removing some or all of the pubic hair. I totally do this, btw.

Your observations of his penis reflect my own experiences. I freely admit that I have a small penis to begin with . . . but for the years while I was doing PMO, I felt really ashamed of my penis. It was tiny and didn't function well (mostly DE and weak erections).
Now that I have been doing NoFap for a few years, I can really see the impact of masturbation on my penis. When I masturbate, even just a couple of times a month, it gets discoloured. It gets thinner. It feels small and pathetic. My balls are smaller. My premature ejaculation is worse. My erections are weaker.
When I avoid masturbation (and for me, that means avoiding orgasm during sex, which triggers cravings to masturbate), it gets thicker, it looks nicer, erections are better, my balls look and feel better. It's still a shorty, but dang if it doesn't just feel like I've got a great beautiful hefty little penis down there!

 

I'm afraid you are wrong . I can't remember what it is bit with every 30lbs overweight you lose an inch . It's not all about fat it's about blood flow as well you obviously haven't a clue how the body works . Your body needs blood for vital organs when you have excessive amounts of fat you are blocking up your arteries and your impacting blood flow to the extremities ie hands feet genitals. Why you lose hair on your ankles and feet when you gain a tonne of weight .. blood flow .
