diet and sex

dears, i felt several time that excess food give the urge to sex masturbate or wet nights. any opinion about it from any one. second thing when i ate the nonveg i find it hard tocontrol my self from sex. when i had fight in my family and i did not eat i felt that i had no urge to sex in the night. in our holybooks it is said that we should eat less in the night. alway one or two roti less than the hunger. i think this is becuase to control our urge to PMO.
