What does your diet look like? Do you feed on something different during the reboot?
I eat healthy. Since Easter, I have been eating badly, eating too little. When I did pmo I ate a lot of sugar and fat. When I started reboot, I stopped eating sugar. I was having trouble with that. On Easter I ate so much sweetnes that returned all the withdrawal symptoms. I had to go through everything again, as if I quit pmo the day before.
Now is ok. I eat as many calories as I should. After all, for a long time I was afraid of it.
I was afraid that if I eat more calories at once, then I relapsed like earlier. It was paranoid.

I haven't noticed any different food cravings while doing a NoFap reboot. But, I do find NoFap a catalyst for change, and one of the 'improvements' I try to make is a deliberate effort to eat more healthily.

for lunch about 100g rice, another 200g leafy vegetables and about 250g meat
    something sweet for the breakfast
I tried in april not having dinner at all, and in the end lost about 6kg in 2 weeks. But I do not think that is suitable, for my athletic abilities didnt improve much.
If you are planning on a diet, it is crucial not to eat snacks, and not to have a full stomach, after that have some amount of excercises, you should be good.
