Different feeling after 30 days on No PMO

Hey guys, Need your help as I am on Day-34 of No PMO. Now I have different feeling my energy level is down. I feel fatigue and fell sleepy all day. Mood swing , depression are back don't know what is happening. I suppose to be energetic but things are different if I told you about my steak Day 1-20 is normal for me and Day 20-30 I feel very energetic. But now things reverse. Want to know is it normal or not. And how much time this thing last
