difficult deleting porn

    Been deleting some of my old porn but after deleting a ton of porn ended up downloading again, deleting them again. But so stupid why did I dowload again, want to get rid of it all.
    So addictive, hate it.

    Sorry for the rant.

    I don't know how much problematic is porn for you, but IMO you should ask for help to a therapist. He/she can help you stop binging in this downloading/removing cycle.

    Are you normally into collecting thing or is it just porn? If it's the former, I think it would be in your best interest to find something else that you enjoy collecting that is free or cheap instead of porn.

    Part of your brain wants to keep it because it gives you much dopamine. Letting go is difficult but the only way. Accept that there is no future where you can use or storage porn and live a not porn addicted life.
