Dirty Scenes in ma mind every seconds!

I m going to relapse now or soon bcoz even if i concentrate on my work then also sometimes in between, the dirty scenes i saw 14days back flashes vigorously and rapidly in my mind!! I feel like searching it and watching i, and rerelapse!Any suggestions to deal with this trauma or whatever idk!!?? Plz reply

This means the naked videos and pics i had in my phone on day 0,they keep on storming my mind all of a sudden!!
