Disabling ultra power saver permanently?

I got app locker on my huawei y9 android phone which basically blocks access to playstore and also other unwanted apps.
The app itself works pretty nice, however it can be easily bypassed by turning on "ultra power saving mode".

Unfortunately my recent relapse was due to this issue. Now id like to know have you experienced similar problem? and do you have solution for this? something like disabling the ultra saving mode permanently.
