If you want gratification try writing about something not relating to porn or sex. Write about what you want to become.

OK, fan fiction smut (when I see fan fiction and porn star in the same sentence I automatically jump to the conclusion it's sexual in nature) seems like the completely wrong way to go about it. Instead of the song and dance just straight up say you believe the porn industry and her lifestyle are harmful to her well being. Tell her you believe the porn industry, your consumption of it and your sexual acting out are harmful to your own well being and you are leaving that life behind. Acknowledge your understanding that she made her decision to go down that path and it's her decision to seek out and find ways to leave. After doing so, walk away and don't look back. Why walk away? No need to feed any of our own fantasies where we are some knight in shining armour who'll save her from a bad life. That stuff is bad for our health. If that porn star really wants to get out of that life then she'll find a way, just as we looked for a way out.

Maybe she does want 'saving' from the industry, maybe she doesn't. Maybe she will indulge your fantasy of being her saviour, but only if you pay her for it.
Writing her a story isn't that different from sending her a D-pic, or telling her you M'd to one of her scenes. It's fantasy, and not very healthy fantasy either. She may or may not be a good person, but she is presenting a fantasy version of herself to you, she is trying to make you fall for her so that you give her money. She will back away if you go too far or start doing weird things because she is not after a meaningful connection with someone like you.
There are hundreds of women out there that aren't broken, that aren't just after your wallet and no deep connection to you. Quit fapping, quit writing fantasy fiction about P-stars, quit trying to forge deep and meaningful connections with women that are using you for your money whilst probably holding you in contempt, and find yourself a woman that truly desires you for who you are.
